QUALITY SYSTEM MANAGER

QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a "Quality System Manager" to serve in our company, which operates in the automotive sector and aims to become a leader in the international market with its growing organization.

 QUALIFICATIONS

•  Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical & Materials, or Automotive Engineering,
• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in the automotive industry,
• Strong knowledge of IATF 16949 with valid internal auditor certification,,
• Experienced in establishing and maintaining ISO 9001, IATF and 14001 systems,
• Proficient in APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC and automotive core tools,
• Knowledgeable in machining, stamping, grinding and heat treatment processes,
• Experienced in product & process auditing and supplier quality management,
• Excellent English communication skills,
• Preferably with knowledge of German
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving capability,
• Advanced MS Office (especially Excel) proficiency,
• Strong leadership, communication and reporting skills,
• Holder of a valid Class-B driver's license.

JOB DESCRIPTION

•  Ensure implementation and maintenance of ISO 9001 & IATF 16949,
• Plan, execute and follow-up internal & external audits,
• Coordinate readiness for customer audits,
• Maintain procedures, work instructions, process flows, FMEA, and control plans,
• Plan and monitor product and process controls,
• Track, analyze and report Quality KPIs,
• Manage non-conformities including root cause analysis and corrective actions,
• Coordinate customer complaint handling processes,
• Evaluate and improve supplier quality performance,
• Lead APQP and PPAP processes and integrate customer specific requirements,
• Follow calibration and MSA activities,
• Promote quality awareness and continuous improvement culture across the organization.
