Senior Technical Sales Representative

 Your Role:

You will be responsible for developing and executing the regional sales and marketing strategy, managing key accounts, generating new business, and representing company at industry events and conferences. You will work closely with technical teams to develop solutions, win projects, and ensure strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Regional Sales, Marketing, Business development plans, and Budgets.
• Manage and grow key accounts, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Generate and convert new business opportunities across the region.
• Promote company's sustainability solutions, including ZDHC, chemical management, circularity, GHG reduction/decarbonisation, SBTi, Cradle to Cradle Certified®, and mill improvement programmes.
• Represent company at industry events, seminars, webinars, and client meetings.
• Provide sales forecasts, pipeline reports, market intelligence, and competitor analysis.
• Collaborate with technical delivery teams to scope, propose, and successfully deliver client engagements.

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience in Sales, Business Development, or Key Account Management.
• Proven track record in technical sales, preferably within textiles, chemicals, environmental services, or sustainability.
• Strong understanding of technical marketing in the environmental/sustainability sector.
• Knowledge of ZDHC and sustainable textile practices is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, chemistry, textile technology, engineering, business, or a related field.
• Fluent in English and the local language, with strong presentation and communication skills.
• Commercially driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a hybrid/remote environment.

  Le ZDHC MRSL Certification and the wider ZDHC framework (e.g. ClearStream, InCheck, Supplier to Zero, wastewater guidelines)
