HR Specialist

Location: Istanbul, TürkiyeAt Goldwind, we believe that people are the driving force behind our success. We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and passionateHR Specialist to join our growing team in Türkiye. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic international environment, collaborating closely with local and global stakeholders while supporting the full employee lifecycle.Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless employee experience.
• Support work permit and visa processes for expatriate employees.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation in compliance with local labor legislation.
• Assist with payroll preparation by coordinating monthly HR data and employee changes.
• Support performance management, employee engagement, and talent development initiatives.
• Prepare HR reports, organizational charts, and workforce analytics.
• Ensure compliance with Turkish Labor Law and company policies.
• Coordinate training programs and support learning & development activities.
• Partner with managers on employee relations and day-to-day HR matters.
• Support HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of professional experience in Human Resources.
• Fluent English is mandatory (both written and spoken).
• Strong knowledge of Turkish Labor Law and HR practices.
• Experience with recruitment, onboarding, personnel administration, and payroll coordination.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Experience with HRIS systems is considered an advantage.
