Modern Channel Sales MT

We are looking for a Modern Channel Sales Management Trainee to join our Sales & Retail Department.

This role offers a great opportunity for early-career talents to gain hands-on experience in modern trade sales management and drive business growth by working closely with key accounts and cross-functional teams.

Job Description;

  • Support Sales Manager and Key Account Managers (KAMs) in daily sales operations and customer management activities 
  • Support daily reporting activities 
  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc sales performance analyses
  • Track SKU distribution, sell-out performance, and customer-level results
  • Monitor in-store execution including visibility, merchandising, and product placement
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to generate insights
  • Support planning and follow-up of commercial and promotional activities
  •  Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams on ongoing projects
  • Assist in project execution and prepare summaries, findings, and recommendations
  • Contribute to process improvements within sales operations

 

Qualifications;

  • Proficient in using MS Office Excel programme (formulas, pivot tables, basic data analysis),
  • Strong communication skills, 
  • Able to move fast, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple requests,
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and coordinating updates,
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to build strong working routines,
  • Strong interest in working with numbers and data,
  • Preferably a final-year student or recent graduate,
  • Good command of English (written and spoken),
  • Available to participate at 5 days a week.
