Hasan’s Rugs is looking for a female Sales Representative to join our new showroom in Sultanahmet, Istanbul.

We are looking for a confident, polished, and personable professional who enjoys working with people and has a strong interest inluxury retail, design, art, and interiors.

Position: Sales Representative

Location: Sultanahmet, Istanbul
Working Schedule: 6 days per week, daytime hours
Day Off: 1 day per week, selected by the employee

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist local and international customers in our showroom
• Present and recommend rugs according to customers’ preferences, needs, and interior spaces
• Build strong relationships with clients and provide a high level of personalized service
• Manage the sales process from initial contact through to closing
• Communicate confidently with international clientele
• Maintain a professional and welcoming showroom environment
• Follow up with clients and develop long-term customer relationships
• Represent Hasan’s Rugs and our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm

Requirements

• Advanced / fluent English is required
• Russian and/or Spanish is a strong plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion abilities
• Customer-oriented, confident, and proactive personality
• Professional appearance and polished communication style
• Previous experience in tourism, sales, luxury retail, hospitality, or showroom environments is preferred
• Genuine interest in rugs, art, interior design, decoration, and luxury products
• Comfortable working with international and high-end clientele
• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail

You should have the ability to understand a customer's taste and needs, make thoughtful recommendations, and create a memorable showroom experience. A passion for design, art, interiors, and beautiful products is highly valued.
