Export Sales Specialist
About Job

Job Description
• Communicate with international customers and distributors in line with sales targets and manage sales processes.
• Receive customer orders, manage correspondence related to the order process and follow up production planning and internal coordination.
• Develop relationships with existing customers and conduct active sales activities to acquire new customers.
• Manage relationships with distributors and business partners in the assigned countries and monitor sales performance.
• Conduct market research, identify potential customers and expand the customer portfolio.
• Support international public tenders and hospital sales processes and follow up on quotation preparations.
• Follow up regulatory, quality and export documentation requirements and coordinate with relevant departments.
• Work in coordination with production, quality, regulatory and logistics teams to ensure smooth export operations.
• Follow up the preparation of documents required for customs procedures and coordinate with customs brokers and logistics providers.
• Monitor shipment planning, loading organization and export documentation (Packing List, Commercial Invoice, ATR, EUR.1, etc.).
• Represent the company at international fairs and customer visits.
• Prepare monthly and annual sales reports and sales forecasts.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree from a relevant department of a university,
• Advanced English skills (reading, writing and speaking),
• Minimum 4 years of experience in export sales and operations,
• Preferably experienced in pharmaceutical export sales operations,
• Preferably experienced in international distributor structures and export market dynamics,
• Proficient in MS Office applications,
• Able to effectively use ERP systems, especially SAP, and follow order, shipment, invoicing and export operations through the system,
• Strong follow-up skills, result-oriented and disciplined in process management,
• No travel restrictions,
• Strong time management and planning skills,
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills,
• Completed military service,
• Residing on the Asian side of Istanbul.
