We're looking for a "Recruitment Specialist" for our head office in Mecidiyeköy.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology or related field,
• Proven at least 4 years work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter),
• Hands on experience with various selection processes,
• Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems,
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools,
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
• Excellent verbal and written knowledge in English.

İŞ TANIMI

• Prepare and post jobs applications to the portals,
• Source and attract candidates by using databases, portals, social media,
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications,
• Conduct interviews using various reliable selection tools / methods to filter candidates within schedule,
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes,
• Apply HR recruiting best practices,
• Provide analytical and well documented reports to the rest of the team,
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
