Your Journey Begins With a Unique Role 

• Oversee the daily cleaning, hygiene, and organization of all CVIP terminal areas (lounge, suite rooms, shower units, relaxation areas, etc.),
• Ensure proper handling and tracking of special requests and personalized housekeeping services for VIP guests,
• Prepare shift schedules for housekeeping staff and organize daily workflow,
• Establish, implement, and supervise cleaning, maintenance, and organization procedures aligned with international luxury hotel standards,
• Manage inventory and replenishment of cleaning supplies, equipment and consumable materials,
• Develop special welcome and room-preparation procedures tailored to VIP and VVIP guest profiles (e.g., signature scents, floral arrangements, personalized textiles, etc.),
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety procedures and guide the team accordingly,
• Maintain constant coordination with terminal operations to address and manage real-time needs and last-minute changes,
• Continuously measure guest satisfaction, prepare reports, and implement improvement actions, 

Proudly Show Your Skill to the World 

• 5+ years of experience in the housekeeping department of a 5-star hotel or private VIP terminal,
• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role,
• Strong knowledge of international luxury hotel or VIP service standards,
• Proven leadership and team management experience,
• Detail-oriented mindset and focus on guest satisfaction,
• Good command in English,
• Ability to perform each task with a customer focus,
• Strong crisis management skills with a proactive approach,
• Ability to work in a shift-based schedule,
