Now, İltekno is seeking a driven, proactive and service oriented Regional Sales Coordinator to join its awesome sales team! The candidate will be responsible from achieving regional sales goals!
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to maintain and grow the sales pipeline based on assigned territory,
- Utilize existing network and seeks new contacts to proactively pursue new business opportunities,
- Lead business development efforts for İltekno’s solutions and services in multiple business verticals,
- Attend pre-bid meetings, conferences, events and trade shows to promote the company’s profile
- Supports the development and strategic direction of the İltekno’s solution/service line guiding market needs for further development and customized solutions,
- Develop plans and strategies for business development and achieving the territory sales goals,
- Meet target sales goals and strategic objectives as determined by İltekno,
- Gather knowledge of assigned market/territory, applications, terminology, trends, and issues,
- Make continuous visits to existing and new customers to introduce company solutions and meet their needs
- Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis,
- Lead or assist with technical writing and content creation for white papers, project and technology spotlights, proposals as well as qualifications materials including project profiles and staff qualifications,
- Support development of engineering and installation work scopes, schedules and cost estimates to facilitate total scope project offerings,
- Put together quality and technical scope / solution / customer benefits that can be incorporated into proposal documents,
- Contribute positively to regional sales, orders, profitability, and quality goals,
- Proactively join company-strategic sales planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones,
- Anticipate market developments and identify what and how İltekno can add value to customers in order to market insights and propositions to target customers,
Experience / Qualification
- Bachelor’ s/ Master’ s degree in relevant engineering fields Mechanical, Electrical and Electronic and/or Marine Mechanical Engineering,
- Min. 3 years of experience in a similar position, a customer facing role within Oil & Gas, Power Gen or other general energy industries preferred,
- Fluent Uzbek and Russian is must,
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English (Turkish will be a plus),
- Knowledge of Power-Gen Gas Systems is strong asset,
- Ability to bring an innovative approach to complicated problem solving,
- A strong commercial awareness and a good understanding of business fundamentals,
- Experience with customer specifications review, proposal development, and contract development and negotiations,
- Ability to effectively communicate complex engineering and operational issues,
- Initiative driven by strong social and interpersonal skills to support external sales,
- Strong customer mindset, work ethic and team-oriented approach,
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively to assigned region, in many times with over week stay,
