Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create data scenario tables from scratch.
• Manage CRM processes and demonstrate cohesive teamwork with the data team.
• Share potential data, unit performance analyses, and reports with management at specified intervals in line with company objectives.
• Work in coordination with Marketing to develop projects in areas such as website, SMS, and email marketing.Develop reporting and management panels, regularly monitor key indicators.

• Execute integration projects and ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee module installations and management.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Engineering, Computer and Instructional Technologies Education, or Mathematics preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with ZOHO CRM.
• Proficiency in ZOHO modules.
• At least 3 years of experience in CRM or Data Analysis, with the ability to use and optimize large datasets.
• Familiarity with the healthcare sector and enthusiasm for project development.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with marketing and sales managers to generate necessary analyses and models.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Knowledge of API, XML integration methods.
• Proficiency in R, Python, or similar programming languages preferred.
• Excellent proficiency in MS Office programs.
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills to analyze data and integrate it into business processes.
• Proficiency in English.
