Within our IT & Automation Directorate, we are looking for anIT Network Specialist who will ensure the continuous, secure, and sustainable operation of the airport-wide network infrastructure.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Managing, monitoring, maintaining, and updating the network infrastructure deployed across the airport

• Ensuring the 24/7 uninterrupted operation of wired and wireless network infrastructures, network equipment, and firewalls

• Implementing and maintaining network security requirements

• Resolving network-related incidents and requests as quickly as possible, analyzing issues, and providing permanent solutions

• Closing tickets opened via the Helpdesk system within defined SLA timelines

• Coordinating with relevant internal teams and external vendors when required

• Keeping network infrastructure documentation up to date

Candidate Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a university

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the IT Network field

• Knowledge of wired/wireless network infrastructures, network devices, and firewalls

• Familiarity with basic network security principles and system continuity processes

• B1 (Pre-Intermediate) level of English proficiency

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Team-oriented, responsible, and possessing strong communication skills
