What You Will Do

We are looking for an Operations Assistant Specialist reporting to the Operations Director to support supplier management, purchasing operations, and service-related processes. In this role, you will coordinate supplier onboarding and master data updates, create and track Purchase Requisitions (PRs), monitor Purchase Order (PO) processes and system controls in SCALA, and support approval workflows. You will also play a key role in creating, tracking, and following up invoicing requests for completed maintenance and service works, ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing. Working closely with Purchasing, Finance, VMF, suppliers, and customers, you will help ensure smooth operational execution, effective cost flow monitoring, and high-quality service delivery.

Important: This role is 1 year contract with possibility extending additional 1 year or to be converted to regular contract.

How You Will Do It

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external suppliers.
• Ensure accurate system updates, document management, and process compliance.
• Proactively track operational workflows, identify issues, and drive timely resolutions.
• Use Excel and other Microsoft Office tools to monitor, analyze, and report operational activities.
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of purchasing and service processes.

What We Look For

• Associate or bachelor's degree in economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in operations is an advantage; however, a strong willingness to learn and build a career in a global company is most important.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
• Effective communication, relationship-building, and negotiation abilities.
• Proactive, supportive, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
