What can you expect to be doing?
Store Manager is having full responsibility for the coordination of his own store, together with the Deputy Store Manager.
- You are responsible to ensure that your store is 100% ready for sales and customers by communicating, leading and coaching your team physically on the store floor
- You take actions on key figures and determine what is needed to achieve the goals and motivate your team to do so
- Recruit and introduce new colleagues and develop the current ones in your team
- Follow and execute store concept and store routines
- You like rolling up your sleeves to get things done
- You are passionate about optimizing sales through great customer service
- You create results through overview, proactiveness and decisiveness.
- You are efficient in planning, prioritizing and following up on goals
- You see things in a broad perspective, but still have an eye for detail.
Therefore we are searching for a result driven, proactive, competent and committed Store Manager who likes to get success together with his/her team with potential to develop with the business.
You can be the one if:
- You are a professional that has a good understanding of retail market in Turkey, with minimum of 2-4 years experience in managing retail stores;
- You have experience in leading, motivating and developing a team
- You are very good in planning and implementing, as also in follow-up
- You are committed to take ownership of your own store and the results of it
- You have the ability to influence and communicate at all levels, which goes hand in hand with your positive, persistent, flexible and problem solving attitude
- You know how to get things done: You keep a cool head and give direction, even in stressful situations
- You are a role model for your colleagues, being inspiring and communicative to create a positive work atmosphere
- You are fluent in English
- Friendly and “customer first” oriented attitude
- You are embracing cultural diversity and find it as an opportunity to develop
- Ability to work in a multinational/multicultural environment
- Computer skills, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) – it is a considered a benefit
