One of our group companies Assan Yapı, we are seeking a  QA/QC Executive to manage end-to-end quality management processes for a large-scale development project in İzmit/Kocaeli.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Management System (PQP) to ensure full compliance with project requirements.

Ensure all site activities comply with contract documents, IFC drawings, specifications, and relevant standards.

Manage quality documentation, test reports, and inspection records in coordination with the Document Control team to maintain proper traceability.

Establish and monitor Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) for all disciplines.

Review and approve method statements submitted by subcontractors.

Control material submittal processes and verify that all materials delivered to site comply with approved documents, specifications, and standards.

Lead QA/QC teams and coordinate quality processes on site.

Conduct daily quality meetings and ensure inter-discipline coordination.

Ensure site inspections are performed according to the project schedule.

Plan and monitor site and laboratory testing activities in line with project requirements.

Ensure proper execution and documentation of field tests, including concrete, compaction, welding, and coating inspections.

Coordinate quality processes with client and consultant representatives, including joint inspections.

Monitor hold points and witness points during construction activities.

Manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Conduct internal quality audits and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Prepare and verify as-built drawings.

Compile and submit complete quality dossiers and final documentation for project handover.

Integrate QA/QC activities with short-term construction schedules (2-week lookahead).

Prepare weekly quality reports and present findings to senior management.

Escalate critical quality risks to the Project Manager in a timely manner.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

Minimum 7 years of experience in QA/QC roles in construction projects.

Comprehensive knowledge of quality management systems, inspections, and testing processes.

Experience in tendering, site implementation, and quality control procedures.

Fluent in English (both written and spoken).

Experience in industrial facilities or warehouse projects is preferred.

Knowledge and experience in concrete floors, steel structures, and prefabricated construction systems.
