Konfrut Tarım is looking for a  “Account Receivable Specialist” to be employed in our Istanbul Maltepe Office with the following qualifications;

Your Role

• Manage the invoicing process for domestic customers, issue and submit invoices through the GİB portal, and perform the necessary checks on exchange rates and VAT amounts.
• Follow up on return and price-difference invoices received from customers, coordinate with the Customer Service and Sales departments, and ensure that all invoices are properly recorded by month-end.
• Perform monthly customer reconciliations through the reconciliation system and share Statements of Account (SOA) with customers experiencing reconciliation discrepancies.
• Investigate and resolve reconciliation issues and analyze any differences.
• Follow up on invoice requests from the Accounts Payable (AP) department, prepare return invoices for suppliers, and issue invoices for intercompany transactions.
• Act as the key point of contact for invoice-related questions and requests from the Sales and Customer Service departments.
• Participate in new projects and support the implementation and enhancement of invoicing-related system processes.
• Prepare and execute daily payment processes.
• Manage the recording, issuance, collection, and maturity tracking of checks and promissory notes.
• Prepare and follow up on weekly and monthly payment plans.
• Perform bank reconciliations on a regular basis.

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications and Link.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• A strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong follow-up and control skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
• Confident in data reporting and analysis.
• Highly adaptable, responsible, and accountable.
• No restrictions on domestic or international travel.
