For our Gebze / Kocaeli Factory, within the Industry and Projects Department, we are looking for a“Lean Production Specialist” with the following qualifications.

• Technical degree Mechanical Engineer or Industrial Engineer,
• Minimum 5 years experience for lean manufacturing techniques,
• Industry 4.0 using and implementation experience,
• Advanced level of English language
• Experienced in working cooperatively with stakeholders and team management,
• Strong analytical skills, problem solving skills, result oriented,
• Strong communication, reporting skills

 Job Description:

• Execute LEAN manufacturing techniques and design,
• Be the key people to Communicate Lean group’s philosophy, vision and expectations.Report KPI, plan & execute activity plan to achieve group targets,
• Together with production departments, analyzing the production processes, identifying the points causing productivity or productivity losses and conducting projects in line with the improvement potentials,
• Lead projects and workshops including team building for Value Stream Mapping, Flow Oriented Layout, Lean Line Design, 5S, Standardized Work, Quick Changeover, Pull/Leveling, Problem Solving etc.,
• Optimize work flow and cell designs for shop throughput,
• Track and execute cost reduction for process improvements,
• Develop and sustain employess training and development on lean concepts,
• Develop measurement systems supporting lean manufacturing philosophy,
• Lead value stream mapping exercises to determine and record business improvement areas,
• Lead suggestion systems activities among operators,
