International Sales Manager
We design, engineer and manufacture premium operable architectural systems that transform hospitality, residential, commercial, and specialty spaces worldwide.With design and manufacturing centers across Türkiye, the USA, UAE, and India, and installations in more than 40 countries, Libart operates through a strong international dealer and project partner network.
We are searching for an International Sa Manager who is commercially driven, internationally minded, and ready to help grow Libart’s global B2B business.
This role is focused on developing dealer networks, strengthening strategic customer relationships, and supporting international business growth.
Job Description:
• Responsible for managing and expanding Libart’s international dealer and strategic B2B customer network
• Find, qualify, recruit, onboard, train, and support business partners in target export markets
• Strengthen relationships with existing dealers, distributors, architects, and strategic customers
• Work closely with internal sales, design, project, and marketing teams to ensure smooth commercial execution
• Monitor dealer performance, project pipelines, conversion ratios, and market opportunities
• Support lead generation activities together with marketing and digital channels
• Maintain accurate pipeline reporting through CRM, Excel, and data-driven sales tracking
• Represent Libart in selected international meetings, exhibitions, and customer/dealer visits when required
• Contribute to pricing strategy, market expansion planning, and commercial growth initiatives
Qualifications:
• Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred
• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales, dealer management, or business development experience
• Experience in one or more of the following sectors will be considered an advantage:
o Architectural systems
o Façade / aluminum systems
o Building materials
o Industrial engineered products
o Premium project-based B2B sales
• Proven experience in developing dealer/distributor networks and managing international business relationships
• Strong analytical, commercial, and negotiation skills
• Good understanding of CRM systems, Excel, and sales reporting tools
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and strong presentation skills
• Must be able to work independently, take ownership, and drive commercial opportunities proactively
• Must have completed or be free of military obligation for male candidates and be able to travel internationally
• Candidates residing on the European side of Istanbul will be preferred
