LINK | International Sales & Business Development Engineer
We keep growing at LINK! In line with our global objectives, we are seeking an experienced, senior-level team member who combines strong technical expertise with commercial acumen to represent our brand in international markets (Europe, the Middle East, etc.) and drive our global growth journey.
General Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering.
- Language: Excellent command of English (Proficiency in a second language such as German, French, or Arabic is a strong asset).
- Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of professional experience in the industrial domain, preferably within the construction or steel sectors (site, project office, or technical sales).
- Software: Proficiency in AutoCAD; familiarity with RSTAB or SAP2000 software is highly preferred.
- CRM: Ability to manage CRM processes (experience with Odoo is a plus).
- Skills: Strong leadership qualities with a proven track record of developing regional market strategies, coupled with high analytical thinking skills and disciplined reporting habits.
- Travel: No restrictions for international travel; holds an active driver's license.
- Location: Residing in, or able to relocate to, theIstanbul Asian Side or Kocaeli area.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Expansion: Identify potential projects in global territories and manage the sales and promotional processes of our products to international stakeholders (clients, contractors, designers).
- Technical Sales: Close project-based sales by developing specialized engineering solutions and alternative technical proposals.
- Project Lifecycle Management: Coordinate with field teams during post-sales processes to ensure the accurate application and installation of products.
- Market Analysis: Analyze global competitors and industry trends to generate competitive strategies that will position our company ahead of the competition.
