LPP Turkiye Liaison Office is a representative office of LPP Poland. LPP is a Polish family company that dresses customers in nearly 40 global markets. In more than 30 years we have built from the ground up the largest fashion company in Central and Eastern Europe. Our priority is further development of our 5 clothing brands (Reserved, Cropp, House, Mohito and Sinsay) located in the moderate price range or in the Affordable Fashion Retail segment, dedicated to different target groups.
We are currently searching for an experienced and highly analytical clothing Quality Control Specialist to join our LPP team. As the Quality Control Specialist you will uphold the safety regulations of our company and supervise the production process to guarantee that all our apparel products meet quality expectations.
Main responsibilities of Quality Control Specialist
- Perform regular quality assessments on all incoming apparel from vendors and outgoing products for shipping.
- Measure product dimensions, examine functionality and compare the final product to the LPP’s requirements.
- Monitor the quality of the product through the various stages of production.
- Inform the production team about quality control concerns to improve product excellence.
- Resolve quality issues in a timely manner.
- Inspect garment for color, measurements, labels and overall quality.
- Check if materials used for bulk production are of acceptable quality.
- Preparing audit report.
- Perform in-line inspection and final inspections according to AQL standards.
- Audit of the packed goods prior to offering shipment to buyer.
- Responsible for analysis quality reports and prepare improvement plan.
- Communicate LPP' quality requirements to factories.
Skill Set Required For The Job Are
- A minimum of 2 year’s experience in the garment industry in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of quality control standards and testing techniques.
- Understanding of commercial quality levels.
- Fluent in English with the ability communicate effectively with LPP team.
- Very good reporting skills and high attention to details.
- Excellent planning and organization skills for developing clear, actionable and measurable plans and schedules.
- Good coordination and cooperation with internal and external parties for the project or problem in the whole process.
