What is the Main Aim of This Position?
Managing sales and account management processes of the Region under his/her responsibility in accordance with LLME sales targets.
What We Expect From You?
- Cooperating with the distributors in the region in order to reach sales targets and carry out sales processes,
- Managing field activities to ensure that dealers meet their sales targets on an annual and quarterly basis,
- Monitoring the performance of distributor sales team and to motivate them to reach the targets,
- Performing competitor analyses and observing activities,
- Preparing an annual budget and ensuring that the dealers in their region fulfil their financial responsibilities such as payment and collection letter of guarantee,
- Providing the organization of the trainings to be held with product development and technical team.
Why You?
- Bachelor’s degree in BA, Economics and Engineering departments,
- Minimum 5 years of experience of distributor or account management,
- Sales focused and customer oriented approach in variable conditions,
- Good level of verbal and written communication skills in English,
- No restrictions to travel (domestic or abroad).
