We are looking for talented teammate with the following qualifications to join us in our Çankırı / Yakınkent OSB office to be assigned to our prestigious international project

· Graduated from Civil Engineering departments of universities,

· Min. 15 years of experience

· Fluent in English,

· Manage and implement the Project Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with the Project Quality Plan (PQP).

· Ensure that all project activities comply with contract requirements, technical specifications, approved drawings, applicable codes and international/local standards.

· Prepare, review and manage Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, Inspection Requests (IRs), checklists and quality control procedures.

· Monitor the quality of construction and installation activities across civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and piping disciplines.

· Coordinate and supervise the quality activities of subcontractors and suppliers.

· Manage Material Receiving Inspection (MRI) processes and verify that materials comply with approved material submittals, specifications and applicable standards.

· Monitor welding and fabrication activities, including WPS/PQR, welder qualifications and NDT activities such as RT, UT, MT and PT.

· Ensure the quality of concrete works, including reinforcement, formwork, embedded items, concrete placement and concrete testing.

· Manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and ensure that root cause analysis, corrective actions and preventive actions are properly implemented and closed.

· Coordinate with the Client, Consultant, Engineer and Third-Party Inspection Agencies regarding quality inspections and audits.

· Ensure proper preparation, tracking and filing of Inspection Requests, Test Reports, Material Approvals, NCRs, RFIs and other quality records.

· Prepare and submit weekly and monthly quality reports, including quality KPIs and performance indicators.

· Organize quality meetings and monitor the closure of quality-related actions.

· Lead and manage the project QC team, including Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Welding and other discipline inspectors.

· Ensure that all testing, inspection and commissioning activities are carried out in accordance with approved procedures and quality requirements.

· Manage Punch List / Snag List activities and ensure that all outstanding items are properly closed.

· Coordinate quality activities during Mechanical Completion, Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning phases.

· Ensure the preparation and completion of As-Built Documentation, Quality Dossiers and Final Quality Documentation for handover to the Client.

· Identify potential quality risks and implement appropriate preventive and corrective measures.

· Proficient in MS Office programs and Autocad ,

· No domestic and international travel restrictions,

· Male candidates must have completed military service,
