We are looking for talented teammate with the following qualifications to join us in our Çankırı / Yakınkent OSB office to be assigned to our prestigious international project ;

• Graduated from Civil Engineering departments of universities,

• Min. 15 years of experience

• Fluent in English,

• Experience in industrial projects

• Manage and supervise all construction activities at the project site, including civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, and infrastructure works.

• Ensure that all site activities are performed in accordance with approved construction drawings, method statements, technical specifications, and project requirements.

• Coordinate daily construction activities among subcontractors, site engineers, supervisors, and technical teams.

• Monitor site progress and ensure that construction activities comply with the approved master schedule and detailed work programs.

• Identify potential delays, technical issues, and site constraints and implement corrective actions in coordination with the Project Manager.

• Coordinate interfaces between different disciplines and ensure proper sequencing of construction activities.

• Conduct regular site inspections and coordination meetings.

• Prepare and implement weekly and monthly construction micro work plans.

• Monitor actual progress against planned progress and report deviations to the Project Manager.

• Ensure that sufficient manpower, machinery, equipment, and materials are available to meet project requirements.

• Coordinate construction priorities and critical activities to minimize delays and disruptions.

• Review subcontractors’ work programs and monitor their performance against agreed milestones.

• Support daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports.

• Ensure that all construction works comply with approved project specifications, drawings, inspection and test plans (ITPs), and quality procedures.

• Coordinate with the Quality Manager and QA/QC team regarding inspections, testing, and approvals.

• Ensure that materials delivered to site are approved and comply with project requirements.

• Monitor the implementation of inspection and testing procedures for civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical works.

• Identify non-conformities and ensure that corrective and preventive actions are implemented.

• Ensure that construction works are inspected and approved before proceeding to subsequent activities.

• Ensure that all site activities comply with applicable occupational health and safety legislation, environmental requirements, and project HSE procedures.

• Coordinate with the HSE Manager to implement site safety plans, risk assessments, and method statements.

• Ensure that subcontractors and site personnel comply with safety requirements and permit-to-work procedures.

• Stop unsafe work and ensure that corrective measures are implemented where necessary.

• Control and coordinate , access routes, lifting operations, work at height, excavation safety, and other high-risk activities.

• Monitor site construction efficient utilization of labor, materials, machinery, and equipment.

• Control material consumption, construction productivity, and subcontractor performance.

• Review site-related variations, additional works, and claims and provide supporting technical information.

• Minimize material waste, rework, idle time, and unnecessary equipment costs.

• Verify site quantities and support the preparation and evaluation of subcontractor progress payments.

• Ensure that the latest approved construction drawings and technical documents are available at the worksite.

• Review and coordinate Requests for Information (RFIs), technical submittals, and site instructions.

• Ensure that construction activities are carried out within the approved contractual scope.

• Identify potential variations and notify the Project Manager of changes affecting scope, cost, quality, or schedule.

• Maintain accurate records of site instructions, inspections, approvals, and construction activities.

• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors to ensure compliance with project requirements.

• Monitor subcontractor manpower, equipment, productivity, quality, and schedule performance.

• Coordinate material deliveries, storage, handling, and availability.

• Resolve day-to-day site coordination issues and escalate major contractual or technical matters to the Project Manager.

• Ensure that subcontractors comply with site rules, quality standards, HSE requirements, and reporting procedures.

• Monitor and verify daily, weekly, and monthly site reports.

• Report construction progress, manpower deployment, equipment utilization, delays, and site constraints.

• Maintain records of site meetings, inspections, material deliveries, testing results, and work approvals.

• Provide accurate site data for project progress measurements, cost reports, and management reviews.

• Support preparation of as-built drawings, commissioning documentation, punch lists, and handover records.

• Proficient in MS Office programs and Autocad ,

• No domestic and international travel restrictions,

• Male candidates must have completed military service
