We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic Call Center Agent to join our Guest Relations Department and become part of our young and energetic team.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Russian (spoken and written)
• Strong communication and guest relations skills
• Previous experience in call center, guest relations, or hotel operations is preferred
• Ability to handle guest requests and reservations professionally
• Solution-oriented, organized, and team player
• Proficient in MS Office and hotel systems is an advantage

• Responding to guest calls and requests in a professional manner
• Managing reservation and information processes
• Providing support to guests before and during their stay
• Coordinating with related hotel departments
• Ensuring high guest satisfaction standards
