General Qualifications:
- University graduate (Preferably from the departments of Labor Economics, Sociology, Psychology)
- Speaks English and German at native level,
- 2 years of experience in selection and placement (Preferably worked in consulting firms)
- Very good command of MS Office programs,

Job Description:
- Conducting recruitment interviews and submitting offers to suitable candidates,
- To follow monthly recruitment targets and to make daily reports,
- Planning the interviews of the candidates coming from consultancy firms, tracking their recruitment and resignation status, keeping track of the invoices received from the consultancy firms and preparing their reports,
- Conducting exit interviews, reporting interviews monthly,
- Preparing and exiting the announcement of internal processes opened within the company and transition processes to corporate customers. To control and follow up processes,
- To search for alternative sources in order to provide candidates for recruitment,
- Checking the data sent by career portals,
- Conducting relations with İş-kur, Municipality and Other Disabled Institutions and participating in disabled personnel interviews so that the recruitment of the disabled staff of the company does not fall below the determined percentage.
