JOB DESCRIPTION

• To manage and supervise the daily operation of the restaurant service.

• To lead the service team and prepare staff schedules and table plans.

• To ensure that service standards are fully implemented and to continuously monitor service quality.

• To ensure that guests are welcomed, seated, and that special requests are handled effectively.

• To closely oversee service processes for VIP guests and ensure their satisfaction.

• To check that table setups, service stations, and all equipment comply with established standards.

• To ensure correct billing and cash handling procedures are followed.

• To guide the team on the food and beverage menu, providing product knowledge and sales-driven recommendations.

• To work in coordination with the Restaurant Manager and prepare daily operational reports.

• To ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Head Waiter or Supervisor, preferably in a luxury restaurant or five-star hotel environment.

• Advanced knowledge and experience in service standards and guest relations.

• Good command of English (additional languages are an advantage).

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

• Proven ability in team management and staff motivation.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, shift-based environment.

• Detail-oriented, well-presented, and solution-focused.
