Commercial Quality Specialist

We are looking for a ‘’Commercial Quality Specialist’’ on behalf of one of our clients operating in the cosmetics and personal care sector, to whom we provide consultancy services.

Experience

•             Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

•             Prior experience in quality systems and compliance is preferred

•             Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high workload environment and adapt quickly in a fixed term role

•             Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills

•             Strong English communication skills are mandatory, including the ability to conduct meetings, manage written correspondence, and handle documentation in English.

Responsibility

• CAPA / Change Control / Non-Conformance / Audit Record Management: Responsible for opening, progressing, and closing CAPA, CC, NC, and Audit records; coordinating closely with cross-functional teams; supporting investigation activities and ensuring timely and compliant closure of all actions.
• Purchasing Management: Managing activities (selection, qualification, auditing) through end-to-end coordination with distributors, suppliers, and POLOs.
• Document Management: Managing document revisions, creation of new documents, and periodic review activities within WC system.
• Metrics & Records Management: Ensuring timely and accurate metric entries and fulfilling Records Manager responsibilities in relevant quality systems.
• Training Management: Coordinating and tracking training activities and compliance.
