Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering,
• Min 3 years experience in food industry – operational/retail QA experience is preferred.
• Understanding of food manufacturing including Food GMPs, SOPs, HACCP/Food Safety, auditing and inspections,
• Experience in Quality Management Systems will be an asset,
• High knowledge of Global and Local Food Safety Legislation, Quality Management Systems and inspections,
• Ability to multitask, be detail oriented and to remain calm under pressure,
• Ability to influence others,
• Proactive, achievement oriented and problem solver,
• Excellent command of written and spoken English,
• Inter-personel skills, communication, persuasiveness, assertiveness and negotiation through the organization,
• Team player with strong communication skills,
• Military obligation completed for male candidates,
• No restrictions to travel.

Job Description: 

• Conducting local quality and food safety audits,
• Ensure global standarts and local quality management policies for stores,
• Coordinating with 3rd party audits,
• Preparing periodical management reports to highlight strengths & opportunities,
• Following legal audits and new regulations to update operation & support teams,
• Conducting pest control management,
• Managing food analysis.
