We are looking for a "Quality Assurance Executive" to join our Quality Assurance Department at our Headquarters located in Istanbul / Çekmeköy.

Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and ensure the sustainability of Quality Management Systems
• Follow regulations and regulatory requirements regarding cosmetic and OTC products to be placed on the market and exported
• Develop and implement the processes, procedures, and systems required to manage Quality activities in compliance with FDA, ISO 9001, ISO 22716, cGMP, and OTC requirements
• Regularly monitor and follow up on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Ensure effective communication between Management and Production and support efficient execution of Quality Assurance processes
• Plan and coordinate all improvement and corrective action projects related to Products, Processes, and Quality Systems
• Prepare reports and documentation requested by Senior Management
• Ensure the continuous improvement of quality awareness and quality culture within the company and department

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality and Regulatory Affairs within a multinational pharmaceutical, food supplements, or FMCG company
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management
• Experience using QDMS or similar Quality Management System (QMS) software.
• GMP, ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001, and ISO 14001 Internal Auditor certifications are preferred
• Result-oriented, analytical, and strong in problem-solving
• Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Proficient in MS Office
