One of our global clients operating in the premium fashion retail industry is looking for an experiencedStore Manager to lead one of its flagship retail operations!

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the overall store operations while delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Drive sales performance and ensure achievement of store KPI's and business objectives
• Coach, mentor and develop the store leadership team and sales associates through continuous feedback and training
• Manage recruitment, performance evaluations and succession planning for the store team
• Analyze business performance, identify improvement opportunities and implement action plans to maximize results
• Plan workforce requirements and ensure effective scheduling and resource allocation
• Monitor market trends, customer expectations and competitor activities to support business growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain high operational and visual merchandising standards
• Foster a high-performance culture focused on customer satisfaction, teamwork and operational excellence

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Store Manager or similar leadership position within a structured retail environment
• Strong business and commercial acumen with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Experience leading, coaching and developing retail teams
• Fluent English and Turkish are required
