Manuchar Turkey continues to grow and seeks an experienced trader/sales representative to expand its team. We are looking to hire an enthusiastic and commercially minded colleague, to join our dynamic sales team for local sales of feed chemicals. Your main role will be to expand our current sales activities in Turkish market and develop new products/markets. You will be based in our office located in Asian part of Istanbul.
- At least a Bachelor degree, preferably in Foreign Trade, Economy, Business Administration, Food/Chemical/Industrial Engineering or related majors
- You understand the complexities of the export & import supply chain and have the ability to unravel them.
- Good knowledge of international trade terms, requirements and documentation
- Having customer portfolio for Turkish market in following sectors; feed
- Ability to be at the field and give regular customer visits within Turkey
- A self-starter, dynamic and motivated to go the extra mile
- You definitively have a commercial mindset with strong communicative abilities enabling you to establish long-term relationships with the business partners and colleagues.
- You are result driven, organized & flexible and with a talent for negotiations.
- Compatible team-player and potential team-leader !
- Excellent knowledge of Word, PowerPoint and particularly Excel
- Excellent knowledge of English, written and spoken
- Ability to work independently and take responsibilities which will allow you to grow in your career within a large international company
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Selling broad range of commodity and specialty chemicals to feed industry
- Setting and implementing market development strategy in your field
- Proactively identifying and developing new sales prospects to provide value- added solutions, focusing efforts at all levels in the customer’s organization.
- Building relationships with new customers and developing sales of new products in line with the company’s strategy
- Monitoring chemical raw materials’ price trend, understand logistics dynamics and stay in close relationship with your suppliers and customers
- Collecting and analyzing market information in order to identify new business opportunities
- Preparing management reports in your field on weekly bases
- Will be reporting to General Manager of Turkey
