In a short time, we expanded the reach of our operations in light of the needs and wants of our clients. Today we operate in a huge geography including Turkey, European,  Balkans, the Middle East and North Africa.

While we offer our solutions to a clientele from various industries, the majority of our partners are comprised of the world’s leading travel insurance and assistance companies from all over the world next to the major car manufacturers/importers operating in Turkey.
 

JOB DESCRIPTION

The person will be responsible for:

• Coordinating customer/patient relations with the assistance / insurance company abroad and service provider in Turkey,
• Taking patient, client and service provider requests via email and calls; making necessary organizations.
• Administrative medical follow-up and organizing necessary operations for hotels, hospitals, rent-a-car, taxi, and plane if needed.
• Continuously sustaining flow of information to the assistance / insurance company of the client.
• Timely reporting and document follow-up.
• Calculating guarantee of payments granted reciprocally.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Newly graduated or having 2-3 years of assistance or call center experience
• Fluent in English and Turkish
• Having career goal in assistance sector,
• Team worker, be able to work on shift based hours
• Result-oriented
• Problem-solver
• Have customer-oriented approach
• Working six days across three rotating shifts
• Residing on the Anatolian side of Istanbul
