AkzoNobel Marshall Paints Turkey is looking for a Commercial Operations Manager who will be able to work with a strong desire.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or related fields), MBA degree is a plus,
• Relevant experience in commercial operations, sales, customer service, supply chain or related business functions,
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills,
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English both verbal and written,
• Ability to move quickly in a fast-paced and dynamic environment,
• Customer-oriented, high-energy, detail-oriented and self-motivated person,
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
• Strong commercial mindset with a focus on business performance and continuous improvement,

Job Description

• Lead Commercial Operations and Excellence activities in Türkiye, including Sales Operations, Customer Service, Customer Demand Planning, Master Data Management, Technical Services, Invoicing, Sales Excellence and Training.
• Drive a customer-centric operating model to improve customer experience, service quality, operational responsiveness and customer satisfaction.
• Lead and develop high-performing teams, establishing clear governance, accountability and standardized ways of working across commercial operations.
• Develop and implement Commercial Excellence and continuous improvement initiatives to increase operational efficiency, simplify processes and strengthen commercial execution.
• Lead customer demand planning and forecasting processes in line with IBP cycles, working closely with Sales and Supply Chain teams to improve forecast accuracy, product availability and OTIF performance.
• Ensure effective pricing governance, customer master data management, order management and invoicing processes, including system accuracy in SAP and Panorama.
• Develop and implement customer service strategies and processes, using performance data and root-cause analysis to improve service levels and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, Logistics, Technical and regional EMEA teams to ensure alignment between commercial priorities and operational execution.
• Lead digitalization, reporting, dashboard and process automation initiatives to improve data visibility, workflow efficiency and decision-making.
• Act as the key local communication point with the global Tinting organization, ensuring alignment between Türkiye business needs and global priorities.
• Lead cross-functional and regional projects, ensuring effective implementation and measurable business outcomes.
• Conduct regular business reviews, identify growth and improvement opportunities, and define corrective actions to support commercial and operational objectives.
