Export Sales Specialist

With over 30 years of expertise in the flexible packaging industry, Maya Plastik is a trusted manufacturer exporting worldwide. We are now looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Export Sales Specialist to strengthen our international sales team and drive growth in target markets.

General Qualifications

·         University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Foreign Trade, International Relations, Engineering, or related fields

·         At least 2–3 years of experience in export sales (preferably in the plastics, packaging, or chemicals sector)

·         Advanced command of English (a second foreign language such as French, German, or Arabic is a plus)

·         Proficiency in MS Office programs, familiarity with ERP/CRM systems is preferred

·         Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical thinking skills

·         No restrictions on international travel

·         Team player with a result-oriented mindset

Job Description

·         Develop new customer portfolios in the company's target markets

·         Manage and expand relationships with existing customers to increase sales volume

·         Represent the company at international fairs, B2B meetings, and trade delegations

·         Manage export procedures including customs, logistics, payment methods, and INCOTERMS

·         Contribute to the development of marketing and sales strategies

·         Prepare and present regular sales reports to management

·         Conduct competitor and market analyses
