Sales Engineer

MES Technoservice Makina İnşaat Lojistik San.

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our team in Istanbul. In this role, you will be responsible for providing spare parts and tailored engineering solutions for industrial machinery and equipment, driving sales growth, and maintaining strong relationships with key industrial clients across Türkiye, Europe and Asia.

Key Responsibilities

·       Client & Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular site visits and close communication.

·       Solution Sales & Proposal Management: Analyze customer technical requirements and operational challenges; translate them into successful business proposals

·       Order Execution & Follow-up: Negotiate and close sales orders, process purchase orders with international vendors, and track end-to-end order execution and delivery.

·       Strategy & Target Definition: Collaborate closely with the Manager to define local marketing targets, sales strategies, and actionable business development plans.

·       Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work in synergy with internal local sales & service teams and foreign business team members to deliver optimal engineering solutions.

General Qualifications

·      Education: University degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical Engineering).

·       Language Skills: Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is required.

·       Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office applications, with an advanced level of Excel.

Experience & Competencies:

·      Strong commercial acumen with solid negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

·      Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and planning/organizing capabilities.

·      Self-confident, highly responsible, and taking initiative with a strong result-oriented attitude.

Mobility & Location:

·      Valid driving license and active driving experience.

·      Willingness and no restrictions to travel within Türkiye, Europe and Asia.

·      Resident on the European Side of Istanbul (West of Bakırköy is required).
