We are looking for an “IT Responsible” for our plant located at Manisa with the qualifications below;

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering, information systems, or related fields
• 0 - 3 years IT functions experience
• Proven experience with IT service support
• Experiences on Windows server & infrastructure
• Good working knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, Wireless Network and other common network subjects
• Knowledge on VPN, Anti-virus
• Knowledge on Video Conference Systems
• Experience on Backup and Restore tools
• Fluent in English - both verbal and written
• Advanced computer skills in MS Office
• Good at stress management
• Good problem solving skills
• Effective communication skills
• No military obligation for male candidates.

İŞ TANIMI

• Tracks performance of outsource services in desktop and technical support
• Makes planning about necessary works for the continuity and performance of the system, make technical arrangements and track
• Ensures testing and taking backups of systems and applications periodically within the organization
• Ensures keeping IT inventory of the organization updated
• Documentation of subjects in his/her responsibility
• Installs, configures, tests, maintains, monitors and troubleshoots server when required
• Supports end-users’ hardware and software in order to deliver required service levels
• Practices asset management for IT hardware, software and equipment
• Works with the vendor and service provider when required
• Performances preventative maintenance, includs checking and cleaning of servers, workstations, printers, peripherals
• Develops help sheet and frequently asked questions lists for end users
• Provides remote support for end users when local support is not feasible.
