Which competences do we expect?
- Bachelor Degree from Industiral Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related engineering departments
- Minimum 5 years of working produciton experience especially in injection processes
- Fluent in English - both verbal and writing
- Knowledge of injection molding machines, molds, and auxiliary equipment
- Experience in process optimization and cycle time improvement
- Knowledge of new product implementation processes and plastic raw materials
- Ability to perform mold trials, problem analysis, and root cause analysis
- Ability to monitor and improve production efficiency, OEE, scrap rates, and cycle times
- Knowledge of TPM, 5S, Kaizen, and Lean Manufacturing practices
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems
- Communicates effectively with people at all levels
- Shares skills and relevant knowledge with others and provides guidance on how to complete tasks
- Demonstrates detailed and comprehensive knowledge of own area and is recognized as an expert by people
- Exhibits a realistic approach to business objectives
- Male candidates must have completed military service.
What will be your responsibilities and duties?
- Carries out the management and administration of the team
- Supervises production activities and ensures production is carried out in line with production plans
- Ensures that all necessary occupational health and safety measures are implemented
- Has experience in team management and leadership
- Manages shift operations and workforce planning
- Sets targets, monitors performance, and supports employee development
- Manages process improvement activities to increase productivity
- Coordinates effectively with Quality, Maintenance, Planning, Logistics, and Purchasing departments
- Prepares departmental reports and presents them to the management
- Demonstrates strong problem-solving and quick decision-making skills
- Takes part in change management processes
- Manages installation projects
