What you'll do

• We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead our plant in Gölcük with more than 600 employees, ensuring alignment with corporate standards and Turkish labor regulations.
• Manage HR activities, labor relations, and collective bargaining.
• Handle conflict resolution and represent the company towards authorities and unions.
• Drive organizational development, employee engagement, and internal communication.
• Implement training and development aligned with business needs.
• Ensure headcount aligns with budget and support workforce planning.
• Monitor HR KPIs and plant performance.
• Oversee HR administration (payroll, attendance, leave, overtime).
• Lead recruitment in cooperation with internal and external partners.

What we are looking for

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR within the automotive or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Turkish labor law, employee relations.
• Proven experience in managing blue-collar and white-collar workforce.
• Good command of English.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence plant management and drive HR initiatives.
• Experience in collective bargaining, negotiations, and cooperation with unions.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skilsl.
