Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated IT Support Specialist with 3–4years of experience to provide technical support and assistance to our internal teams across various locations. The ideal candidate will have a background in the retail industry, a proactive mindset, and strong communication skills. If you enjoy fast-paced environments and have a passion for retail technology and end-user support, we’d love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver first-line technical support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and peripheral issues effectively.
- Set up, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and other IT equipment.
- Support the implementation and administration of IT infrastructure, in house developed ERP systems, and retail business applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity problems in collaboration with the network team.
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes, including device provisioning and account setup.
- Participate in IT projects and support initiatives aligned with business needs.
- Document technical issues and solutions, maintaining accurate support records.
- Support compliance with IT policies, procedures, and security protocols.
- Stay informed about industry trends and recommend relevant improvements.
Qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 year of experience in IT support, preferably in a retail or high-volume operational environment.
- Solid understanding of Windows OS and Microsoft Office, G-Suite products.
- Hands-on experience with hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Basic networking knowledge (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, WIFI).
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a global or regional team.
