About the Job

Craft Dental is seeking a Managing Director to lead the company’s growth journey and oversee its commercial and operational activities end to end.

Beyond managing existing operations, this is a critical leadership role responsible for developing and implementing Craft Dental’s growth strategy, strengthening its commercial structure, and expanding the company into new markets.

The ideal candidate is expected to have a strong commercial mindset, a results-driven leadership approach, and a proven track record in team management.

What Will You Be Responsible For?

• Overseeing Craft Dental’s overall management and growth strategy.
• Defining and implementing the company’s short- and long-term commercial and operational objectives.
• Identifying new customer acquisition, market expansion, and business development opportunities.
• Expanding the existing customer portfolio and building strong B2B business relationships.
• Managing sales and business development activities and improving sales team performance.
• Effectively managing revenue, profitability, budgets, and cost targets.
• Ensuring the efficient and sustainable execution of production, operations, quality, and delivery processes.
• Improving the organizational structure and team performance.
• Developing strategies to strengthen the company’s brand positioning and market presence.
• Regularly reporting business results and performance metrics to senior management.

The Leader We Are Looking For

We are particularly interested in candidates with field sales and marketing experience in the pharmaceutical, medical, healthcare, or related industries, as well as experience managing commercial teams and business results.

The ideal candidate is expected to have:

• Experience in field sales and/or marketing within the pharmaceutical, medical, healthcare, or related industries.
• Preferably, experience managing field sales teams and a strong understanding of sales operations.
• Strong expertise in sales, marketing, and business development.
• A solid understanding of target, budget, revenue, and profitability management.
• The ability to think strategically while remaining actively involved in day-to-day operations.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• A results-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset, with a high level of ownership and accountability.
• Preferably, familiarity with the dental or medical industry and/or B2B sales models.
• A good command of English.

Bu Rolde Sizi Neler Bekliyor?

• Craft Dental’ın genel yönetiminden ve büyüme stratejisinden sorumlu olmak,
• Şirketin kısa ve uzun vadeli ticari ve operasyonel hedeflerini oluşturmak ve hayata geçirmek,
• Yeni müşteri, pazar ve iş geliştirme fırsatlarını belirlemek,
• Mevcut müşteri portföyünü büyütmek ve güçlü B2B iş ilişkileri geliştirmek,
• Satış ve iş geliştirme faaliyetlerini yönetmek ve satış ekibinin performansını artırmak,
• Ciro, kârlılık, bütçe ve maliyet hedeflerini etkin şekilde yönetmek,
• Üretim, operasyon, kalite ve teslimat süreçlerinin etkin ve sürdürülebilir şekilde yürütülmesini sağlamak,
• Organizasyon yapısını ve ekip performansını geliştirmek,
• Şirketin sektördeki marka ve pazar konumunu güçlendirecek stratejiler geliştirmek,
• Üst yönetime düzenli olarak iş sonuçları ve performans raporlaması yapmak.

Bu pozisyon için özellikle ilaç, medikal, sağlık veya benzeri sektörlerde saha satış ve pazarlama deneyimi bulunan, ticari ekip ve iş sonuçları yönetmiş adaylarla ilgileniyoruz.

İdeal adayımızın;

• İlaç, medikal, sağlık veya benzeri sektörlerde saha satış ve/veya pazarlama deneyimine sahip,
• Tercihen saha satış ekiplerini yönetmiş ve satış operasyonlarına hâkim,
• Satış, pazarlama ve iş geliştirme süreçlerinde güçlü,
• Hedef, bütçe, ciro ve kârlılık yönetimine hâkim,
• Stratejik düşünebilen ancak operasyonun içinde aktif rol alabilen,
• Güçlü iletişim ve müzakere becerilerine sahip,
• Sonuç odaklı, girişimci ve yüksek sorumluluk alabilen,
• Tercihen dental/medikal sektöre veya B2B satış modeline aşina,
• İyi seviyede İngilizce bilen

bir yönetici olması beklenmektedir.
