Responsibilities
- Installation, management, and optimization of Linux-based servers within the NGN Cloud infrastructure
- Performing monitoring and optimization to ensure system security, performance, and continuity
- Actively participating in Linux log management and troubleshooting processes
- Managing ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) log operations
- Monitoring and reporting infrastructure using tools such as Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana
- Installing, configuring, and optimizing services like HAProxy and Nginx
- Managing Kubernetes, Docker, and virtualization technologies
- Supporting backup, disaster recovery (DR), and log management processes
- Providing operational support to ensure 24/7 uninterrupted service
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical-Electronics, Software, or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Linux System Administration (Ubuntu, CentOS, RedHat, etc.)
- Experience in Linux log management and troubleshooting
- Hands-on experience with ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana)
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.)
- Experience in managing services such as HAProxy and Nginx
- Knowledge of shell scripting (Bash, Python, Ansible, etc.)
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Firewall
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) is a plus
- Experience with Kubernetes and container technologies is an advantage
- Preferably experienced in QEMU/KVM virtualization or VMware
- Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and documentation skills
- Fluent in English
