Accounting Specialist

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or equivalent
• ERP knowledge is a must
• Minimum 5 years experience in a factory/supply chain organization
• Experience in General Accounting, Tax, Fixed Assets, VAT return process
• Fluency in English and Turkish required,
• Competence in MS office applications, (especially Microsoft excel is a must)
• Team player, positive, reliable, strong communication skills, self motivated,
• Self-starter with strong sense of ownership and involvement in all business areas
• Provide qualitative work considering tight deadlines
• Proactive attitude with ability to engage with people at all levels
• Analytical & Result oriented and Cost conscious

Job Description:

• Keeping accurate records: payables, receivables,taxes,reconciliation etc
• Elaborate appropriate accounts analysis
• Enforce controls and routines to grant an accurate book closing
• Ensure accurate and timely bookkeeping and monthly closing in ERP system
• Communicate with other departments in order to receive adequate information on financial items
• Compliance with Corporate Governance
• Participate in process improvement projects
