We are looking for Finance and Accounting Senior Specialist affiliated to OOCL Turkiye Finance Department.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economy , Management or related fields from reputable universities,
• Have at least 2-3 years experience with Certified Public Accountancy (SMMM) Certificate, preferably Full Certifying Services and Tax Auditing,
• Experience of using SAP is more preferable
• Good knowledge of spoken and written English,
• Solid knowledge about tax laws, accounting standards and finance (CPA license preferred)
• Have used e-ledger, e-invoice, e-archive applications before and have strong knowledge about them
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications,
• Open-minded, self-learner and flexible for change
• Interests in starting career in reputable multinational container shipping company
• Ability to work in multinational environment
• No military obligation for male candidates,

JOB DESCRIPTION

• To be aware of tax and accounting regulations,
• To master E-Ledger and E-Invoice processes, Report to Head of Finance & Administration,
• Actively supports the month end closure process, to do the monthly closing and prepare the monthly financial reports according to the request of the Finance Manager,
• To do the tax declaration with CPA,
• To cooperate with the auditors to finish the yearly auditing,
• Following up daily financial activities
• Carrying out periodic reconciliations with customer
• Following up TUIK Reports
• To be able to arrange different tasks efficiently, and control the finance process of the company,
• Report directly to Head of Finance/Accounting Department
• To fulfill any other tasks given by the Finance Manager.
