About Job
The Sales Assistant Executive plays a key role in supporting the company’s sales operations and ensuring smooth coordination between the Sales Team, distributors, customers, and internal departments.
This position is responsible for managing daily sales administration processes, including order processing, invoicing, accounts receivable follow-up, sales reporting, and related administrative activities. The role will work closely with Sales, Supply Chain Management (SCM), Finance, and Accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely execution of sales operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Sales Administration, Sales Support, Customer Service, Finance, or Accounting
- Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Preferred Qualification
- Business-level English proficiency
- Experience in the FMCG industry
- Experience using ERP systems such as SAP
- Experience in Accounts Receivable management
- Experience in import/export operations
- Experience working with distributor-based business models
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-growing and evolving business environment

- The Sales Assistant Executive plays a key role in supporting the company’s sales operations and ensuring smooth coordination among the Sales Team, distributors, customers, and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily sales administration activities and provide operational support to the Sales Team.
- Process customer and distributor orders accurately and coordinate with the SCM team to ensure timely delivery.
- Follow up on the order-to-delivery process, including order status, delivery schedules, and related documentation.
- Coordinate with distributors and customers regarding orders, deliveries, invoices, and payment-related matters.
- Prepare and follow up on invoices and support Accounts Receivable management in coordination with Finance and Accounting teams.
- Monitor outstanding balances and support the follow-up of customer and distributor payments.
- Prepare regular sales reports, analyses, and KPIs using Microsoft Excel.
- Maintain accurate customer, distributor, sales, and financial data in ERP systems.
- Support import/export operations and related documentation when required.
- Coordinate effectively with Sales, SCM, Finance, Accounting, and other internal departments.
- Identify operational issues and proactively support their resolution.
- Contribute to the development, standardization, and continuous improvement of sales operation processes and procedures.
- Support other sales administration and coordination activities as required.
