Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to manage and develop our sales operations within the National Retail Chains channel.

The role will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing commercial strategies, negotiating agreements, and achieving sales and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with national retail chains.
• Develop and implement annual sales plans, customer budgets, and growth strategies.
• Lead annual commercial negotiations, including discounts, rebates, listing fees, and promotional agreements.
• Drive new product listings, distribution expansion, and sales growth.
• Monitor sales performance, profitability, sell-in, sell-out, and market share.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
• Coordinate with Finance, Marketing, Production, and Logistics teams.
• Prepare sales forecasts and report KPIs to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in sales and key account management.
• At least 5 years of experience in national retail chain management within the FMCG sector is preferred.
• Experience in the food industry, preferably packaged food products.
• Strong knowledge of national retail chains' purchasing and commercial processes.
• Proven experience in commercial negotiations, budget management, and sales planning.
• Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Knowledge of ERP, CRM, B2B, MEMOBIL, and EDI systems.
• Good command of English is an advantage.
