Job Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of local and regional key accounts.
• Negotiate commercial agreements, listings, and promotional plans.
• Develop annual customer plans aligned with company objectives.
• Coordinate with field sales teams and distributors to ensure effective in-store execution.
• Monitor account performance and develop availability, visibility, and sales volume.
• Conduct regular customer visits and business reviews.
• Monitor promotional performance and manage trade spending within approved budgets.
• Coordinate internally with supply chain and finance teams to ensure order and delivery continuity.

The Successful Applicant:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in the management of local or regional chain accounts within the FMCG sector; beverage industry experience is considered an asset.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of modern trade dynamics and in-store execution standards.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong planning and follow-up skills, with a results-oriented approach.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to conduct regular field visits.
