Job Title: Human Resources Specialist (International Operations)

JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized HR Specialist to manage end-to-end human resources operations within an international workforce. The role will focus on global recruitment, compliance and HR strategy implementation across multiple countries.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding of employees
· Oversee hiring procedures and manage applications for candidates from multiple countries; maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
· Ensure compliance with local, state, and national labour laws across all operating regions and coordinate international HR operations and support global mobility processes
· Track and manage employment visas, residence permits, and work authorizations
· Plan and monitor rotational leave in line with operational needs while managing performance evaluations, salary reviews, and employee development processes
· Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company goals and legal requirements
· Build strong relationships with employees and management to foster a positive work environment
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
· Minimum of 5 years of international HR experience and if required ability to international travel
· Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes
· Strong knowledge of international labour laws, compliance, and HR best practices
· Excellent communication, active listening, and negotiation skills in both Turkish and English
· Experience in payroll administration and employee benefits management
· Familiarity with visa and work permit processes
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
· Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
PREFERRED SKILLS
· Experience in industries such as mining, construction, or heavy equipment operations
· Knowledge of global mobility and expatriate management
· Experience with HR analytics and reporting tools
