We are looking for an HR Intern to join our team and support our employer branding, internal communications, and HR operations processes.

Main responsibilities will include:

• Support operational processes for training, development, and employee engagement programs.
• Carry out operational processes related to the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) in a complete and accurate manner.
• Research industry trends to generate regular content ideas for LinkedIn posts.
• Prepare content design concepts and visual references for employer branding initiatives.
• Research and track university events related to employer branding activities.
• Connect with university student clubs to gather information regarding event planning and collaboration processes.
• Support the preparation of internal company announcements.
• Assist in internal communication project initiatives.

To be successful in this role, you need to have:

• 3rd or 4th-year university students
• Able to work minimum 3 days a week
• Detail-oriented and meticulous
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Eager to learn
• Knowledge of Google Sheets and Microsoft Office Programs
