The Global Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for crafting digital marketing programs and campaigns that generate leads and drive the sales pipeline for our most important products and services across a diverse field of business areas.
Responsibilities
- Work with the Global Sales Team, development of a strategic Performance Marketing plan, then execute it.
- Work hand-in hand with the Head of Creative Marketing in our Turkey office to lead marketing for the EU
- Develop, execute, optimize, and own our performance marketing strategy,
- Hands-on execution on biddable media channels for paid search and paid social
- Plan and execute tests to scale campaigns and prove incrementality
- Explore and test new channels and audiences, utilizing data to validate the channel's efficacy
- Create, maintain, and distribute tracking and reporting against core KPIs
- Lead creative development and implement scalable workflows
- Regular reporting of marketing channels
- Familiarity with marketing automation
- Manage SEO tracking tools and make keyword researches by using SEO tools (Semrush, etc.)
Qualifications
- 5+ years of paid user acquisition/enterprise sales and growth marketing experience - a must
- Experience building and optimizing campaigns in ad platforms (Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter Ads Manager) - a must
- Proficient at Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Yandex Metrica
- Expertise in LinkedIn InMail Marketing
- University degree from a reputable university preferably in Engineering, Statistics or Economics - strong advantage
- Data-driven and result-oriented, especially experienced in tools like HubSpot Marketing Hub, Amplitude, etc.
- Strong sense of analytical thinking, detail-orientation with proven ability to translate performance metrics into actionable insights,
- Proven ability to work independently, juggle multiple priorities, and complete responsibilities in a fast-paced, change-oriented environment,
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English.
