Export Sales Specialist (CIS)

Duties & Responsibilities

• Sales Operations & Support: Execute daily international sales and export operations in the CIS region.
• Customer Relations: Maintain regular communication with existing international clients, respond to customer inquiries, and support customer satisfaction.
• Lead Generation: Research and identify potential customers, distributors, and business partners in target markets.
• Order & Process Tracking: Follow up on sales orders, pricing offers, documentation, and coordinate with logistics and finance departments to ensure smooth delivery.
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare sales reports, update customer databases, and support the team in monitoring regional market trends.
• Market Development: Support the development of new customer and market opportunities within CIS countries.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Russian Language and Literature, Russian Language and Translation, International Trade, Foreign Trade or related fields.
• Experience: Open to both newly graduated candidates and candidates with experience in international sales, export operations, customer relations, or related areas.
• Language Skills: Excellent command of written and spoken Russian (Must). Good command of English is highly preferred.
• Mobility: Eligible for international travel to support regional customer visits and trade fairs when required.
• Key Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, customer-oriented approach, eagerness to learn, follow-up skills, and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office applications.
