Job Description :

- Be responsible for the quality results of each assigned supplier (Ranking Supplier), in project and serial life

- Be responsible for the quality, quantity and updating of its [Site-Part] Sheets

- Be responsible for the robustness of the PSW convergence of the procedures assigned to it.

Perform risk assessments or process diagnostics at supplier sites:

- Lead improvement initiatives for medium and high risk suppliers in the project and life cycle phases to reduce costs and quality risks as well as to improve industrial performance

- Evaluate the robustness and adequacy of the action plans proposed by the supplier.

- Deal with quality issues (level 2 and 3 analysis)/Conduct level 2/3 audits: ASPQR, SHC, Cleanliness Audit, ASES, PESES, Ramp-up/Plans and performs audits 6D, 8D, Sustainability.

- Ensure the convergence of ANPQP deliverables of DQSC-F responsibility of its supplier sites

        Build the schedule with the supplier and follow it

        Critique and validate ANPQP Process deliverables

        Alert in the event of a schedule delay or blocking points

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree in engineering fields

- Fluency in English (oral and written) (French is an asset).

- Good knowledge of general quality tools such as 8D, ANPQP, FMEA, SPC, Quality System and Lean Production basics, problem-solving activities, Automotive Project Management, Process Audits

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with different levels of the organization

- No travel restriction will be required to visit suppliers in Turkey
